وافقت لجنة الشؤون القانونية والحريات بالمجلس الشعبي الوطني الجزائري على إدراج مادة في مشروع قانون يقضي بالسجن لمدة 6 أشهر وغرامة مالية لمن يتفوه بكلمة خادشة للحياء بالأماكن العامة.
كما وافقت اللجنة الجزائرية على إدراج تعديل يوضح من هم الأشخاص والكيانات الإرهابية التي تدرج في القائمة الوطنية للمبحوث.
وحسب ما أفادت الصحف الجزائرية الصادرة الاحد، فقد توصلت اللجنة، حسب تقرير تكميلي لنص المشروع إلى صيغة توافقية مست 15 تعديلا في مشروع قانون العقوبات الجديد.
